AUCTION RULES 1. REGISTRATION:   All buyers must register to obtain a bid number.  ONLY buyers with a bid number will be allowed to bid on merchandise.  2.  BUYERS PREMIUM:  A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to and become part of the sale price. 3.  SALES TAX:  All sales are subject to Minnesota State sales tax unless otherwise exempt.  Sales tax is charged on the full sale price including buyer's premium. 4.  TITLE GUARANTEE:   All title work must be completed at the time of sale.  All units are guaranteed to have clear titles by Seller.  5.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL:   Sales of all items are final.  There will be no exchange of or returns of items sold. 6.  100% PURCHASE PRICE ON DATE OF SALE:   All merchandise must be paid in full on the day of sale before items can be removed from the premises. 7.  ALL MERCHANDISE SOLD "AS IS" NO REFUNDS.                8.  PICK UP AND STORAGE: If items are not picked up on the day of sale, they may be picked up Sunday between noon and 3 pm, and Monday through Thursday 9 am - 5 pm.  Thereafter, a $15 fee per day will be charged on each item.  All boats, autos, trailers, campers, etc., not picked up on the day of sale will be parked in a locked outdoor lot.  AMI is not responsible for any damage to items awaiting pick up. 9.  NSF CHECK: If any check given in payment is dishonored for any reason, the buyer agrees, that if such check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney fees incurred, together with all court costs and associated expenses in the event suit is instituted.
